1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over €150 within Austria and Germany
2. Order Processing
We ship your order from our fulfillment shop in Brno, Czech Republic. All our garments are made-to-order to minimize waste and promote sustainability. After your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 working days for us to prepare and ship your package. Please note that no shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
We primarily ship using GLS and DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Austria and Germany: 2–3 working days
- Other European countries: 3–6 working days

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination:

5. Customs Fees and Unclaimed Packages

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, UK), customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, or the package was refused or unclaimed by the customer:
- The customer will be responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs to our facility.
- These costs will be deducted from any refund issued for the order.
To avoid this, please ensure you are aware of any potential customs charges and are prepared to pay them to accept your package.
6. Tracking Information
For tracked shipments:
- EU-Countries: You will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the GLS website to monitor your package.
- Non-EU Countries: You will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the DHL website to monitor your package.
7. Issues with Delivery
If you experience any issues with shipment or delivery:
- Contact your local postal service first, using the tracking number provided (if applicable).
- If the issue cannot be resolved, reach out to us at info@stokedandwokeclothing.at, and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Our main goal is it to see our Team happy while rocking their Stoked&Woke gear. So, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Important Information
- Our garments are hand-printed on demand, making each piece unique. To minimize returns, we encourage you to contact us for sizing assistance before placing your order. This way we can limit returns and make you, us and our planet happy 😉
- For returns/exchanges, email us at info@stokedandwokeclothing.at before sending back any items. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
Return Process
BEFORE you return your package, send us an e-mail informing us about the return. Unannounced packages WILL NOT be handled.
Once you receive our confirmation, please Send your items to our print studio:

Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept freight collect (unpaid shipping) returns.
- Add a note with your name and order number inside the package and write your order number on the outside of the package.
2. Once we receive the returned items, you can choose:

- Exchange: Please reorder the right size or garment again in our shop.
- Refund: The item price will be refunded via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
